2D elevation requests typically have a turnaround time of about one week. When it comes to 3D architectural visualizations, the estimated turnaround time is around two weeks, factoring in potential revisions and response times. It's important to note that larger projects involving multiple architectural visualizations may require additional time to complete.

We require DWG files (architectural drawings) to complete your job quickly and accurately . Please be aware that elevation drawings must be included in the submitted plans, as builders' floor plans alone do not suffice. We can work from PDF architectural plans if you don’t have access to the original architect plans in 3D format.

Other important information to provide include:

• A design brief encompassing texture and color particulars, accompanied by notes indicating the designated areas for color application (e.g. front entrance pillars, fascia render, garage doors).
• Landscape particulars, including reference photos
• Any supplementary information or specifications. We've provided a comments section to allow for additional input if necessary.

No worries! For an extra fee, and a slight increase in turnaround time, we can create architectural visualizations from images.

Architectural visualization pricing incorporates two rounds of revisions. When submitting an architectural visualization project, please furnish comprehensive information, encompassing floor plans, site plans, elevations, design briefs, and landscape particulars.

Here's an overview of our process:

1. Initial Clay Draft: We will present you with an initial draft showcasing the property, land layout, camera angle, and a clay model of the structure for your evaluation. Any desired changes to the camera angle should be communicated at this stage to avoid extra charges. Modifications to other aspects of the architectural visualization can also be indicated now.
2. Color Draft: Following your feedback, we will implement requested revisions, and the second draft will exhibit colors, textures, and landscaping details. You are welcome to request further adjustments to this draft without incurring additional costs, excluding perspective alterations.
3. Final Draft: A final color draft will be provided, incorporating the changes you previously requested. Additional charges will apply for any further revisions at this point.
4. High-Resolution Version: Once you confirm that the project meets your requirements, we will furnish a high-resolution architectural visualization. Any subsequent changes or supplementary outputs will result in extra fees.
