Yes! Stunning real estate photos require careful preparation of the property. Our photographers will shoot the property as is at the time of the photoshoot. We highly recommend following BoxBrownie.com’s Pre-Photography Checklist to ensure it is presented to its fullest potential. We accept no responsibility for tidying or cleaning the property.

Yes, the client (or an authorised representative) must attend the photoshoot to provide the photographer with access to the property and advise any preferences for the photo. Please note that our photographers do not pick up keys from agencies.

Currently, our services are primarily available in the Sunshine Coast, QLD area. While our 'Book A Photographer' service is expanding, please be aware that certain photoshoot options may be limited to specific postcodes.

We highly encourage you or your representative to communicate the specific angles or rooms you desire to be photographed to the photographer upon their arrival at the property. Our photographers will conduct a walkthrough of the property prior to taking photos, and you are welcome to accompany them to point out any particular angles or spaces you want to highlight. Following the completion of the photoshoot, the photographer will present the images for review to ensure your satisfaction. Please note that if specific angles or rooms are not discussed or specified prior to the photoshoot, we are unable to provide refunds based solely on dissatisfaction with the style or composition of the images.

Whether it is an overcast day or even raining lightly, rest assured knowing that our seasoned professional photographers are equipped to capture your property photos in these conditions and deliver exceptional results. In the event that our photographer determines the weather to be too severe for a shoot, no fees will be incurred for rescheduling or cancelling the appointment. Should you opt to proceed with the shoot despite challenging weather conditions, and the photographer agrees, please note that refunds will not be issued if you are dissatisfied with the final images.

Please expect the following photoshoot durations:

  • 5 photos: 15–25 minutes on location
  • 10 photos: 25–35 minutes on location
  • 15 photos: 40–55 minutes on location
  • 20 photos: 40–55 minutes on location
  • 25 photos: 50–75 minutes on location
  • 30 photos: 60–90 minutes on location

One the photographer has taken your images, they’ll be edited with BoxBrownie.com’s 17- step Image Enhancement process, to ensure they are attention-grabbing and showcase the property to its fullest potential. If you wish to change the editing of the images, no problem! We offer unlimited changes to the editing for free. Simply click on the “Need Something Changed” button on your dashboard to quickly and easily submit a rework request.

Please note: If you wish to have another BoxBrownie.com edit applied to your images, such as Item removal & Virtual Cleaning or Virtual Staging, please submit your images as a new job on your Dashboard. To learn more about submitting a new job, please visit BoxBrownie.com’s FAQs page.

While we don’t offer dusk photoshoots, BoxBrownie.com's Day to Dusk edit is ideal for transforming a daytime photo into a beautiful, eye-catching sunset shot. Simply submit an exterior shot of the property for our Day to Dusk edit through your members dashboard.

Absolutely! You can conveniently book a photoshoot up to 4 hours in advance. For lastminute bookings, simply give our customer service team a call at 0493 025 160 or (07) 5458 6820 to inquire about availability.

If you have a preferred photographer among our talented professionals, we encourage you to request them when scheduling your next session. While availability may vary, we'll do our best to accommodate your request. Should you find the need to upgrade your photoshoot and request additional images be taken, simply reach out to our team at 0493 025 160 or (07) 5458 6820.

If you arrive late to the photoshoot and our photographer has another booking scheduled immediately after yours, they will strive to capture as many photos as possible within the remaining time. However, please note that this may result in fewer images than originally anticipated. In the event that you are late, and our photographer does not have another booking immediately following yours, it will be at their discretion whether to extend the session to capture all of the shots. Any additional fees incurred in such cases will also be determined by the photographer.

We highly recommend downloading and saving your photos immediately after you receive them. Your edited photos will be securely stored in our system for a maximum of 24 months. However, please note that the original, unedited photos may be retained for a shorter duration.

No, our photoshoots are exclusively focused on capturing images of the property itself.
